Default tractor thoughts

thinking about a tractor for snow.. i know i could use a skid loader year round but the tractor has the ground speed i want to go from site to site. thinking about a massey fergison, enclosed cab 65 hp loader. i was thinking a 9' snow plow. either machine, tractor or skid loader i would run a 9' blade

ideas and thoughts

stick with the skid loader

or

tractor
we are a landscape install co and i dont see myself using the tractor for much but feild mowing and loading trucks.

I had thought the same thing. Tractor wont lift as much as a skid. Lifting pallets is key.

is price a big deal? you can buy a skid a shitload cheaper than a comparable tractor right now......the farmers are the only one with any money in my neck of the woods....too bad i aint a farmer tho lol.

if you end up with a lil tractor i have a couple of complete blade setups that i would damn near give-away....to anyone NOT name Bugthug haha

Loaders have the ability to go forward and backwards with out changing gears. Most tractors do not. I load with a tractor a lot and would kill for a regular loader I don't have to clutch and shift every time I want to change directions.

Just something to consider.

looked at the tractor today its a M F 2220 with a loader on the front. with the lader raised it has a dump height of 10'. lights all the way arround with brake and turn. it is a 12 speed tractor with the shifter like a wheel loader or back hoe, no clutch to press to go foward reverse. comes with brush hog and box scraper. tires are orriginal and thick. has four remotes in the rear.
glass is good as well as paint. manufactured in late '99 and has 606 hours, with perkins turbo diesel.
